Marcus has been involved in organic agriculture since 1975 so it seemed only natural that when we came to Skye to a place that had never been anything but organic that we register the land with the Soil Association and become approved. Together with 8 others, Marcus has formed a group of growers, their produce is available from a market stall in Portree on Thursday mornings. |
